Meet the Team
Report
For many years, I have seen slate, tile, and shingle roofs destroyed by untrained roofers.
I have seen customer service decline and estimators that never installed any kind of roof provide contracts claiming to know how a roof system works.
Not anymore.
I'm a hands on owner and will be at the job sites and inspect every job when it's completed.
Behind every great roofing company there is a owner that still does the work and stands behind it.

D & I Roofing is striving to become the leading Roofing Contractor in historical roofing.
As a fully-certified professional, I'm ready to tackle anything from the most complex and large scale construction projects to the smallest of repair jobs.
I'm fueled by my commitment to excellence and go the extra mile to make sure my clients are completely satisfied with my work.
Shingle roofs are the most common roofs to install, but 90 percent of contractors still tend to install it wrong.
The lack of knowledge has destroyed our industry over years through the hiring of sub-contractors that are not properly trained or held accountable for their work.

Projects
Report
Contractors tent to embellish their set of skills when speaking to customers.
Especially when it comes to a project as complicated as a copper built-in gutter system.
Which leads to a gutter system that supposed to last 50 plus years and failing within the first 10-15 years.
Water damage caused by lack of experience by previous contractor.
Who chose to solder the copper gutter joints using a propane torch instead of using soldering irons to properly sweet each joint as indicated in the copper and common sense manual.

Valley Replacements
Report
Open valley flashings are seen on slate, shingle, and tile roofs.
If installed correctly they can divert water into gutter systems and prevent debris build up in valley area.
But they do wear out over time and need to be replaced.
A key component to an open valley is the installation of the underlayment.
If the underlayment isn't installed under the existing underlayment correctly your second line of defense has been compromised.
The final step is the installation of the copper valley flashing and reinstallation of the slate.
