Residential Roofing
Lockhart Roofing provides comprehensive residential roofing solutions including complete roof replacements, repairs, and new construction installations. Our certified technicians use premium materials from trusted brands like CertainTeed and Owens Corning to ensure lasting protection. We specialize in asphalt shingle roofs with options ranging from standard architectural shingles to premium designer collections with 50-year non-prorated warranties.
Commercial Roofing
Our commercial roofing division handles flat roof systems for businesses, apartment complexes, and industrial facilities. We install and repair EPDM rubber roofing, TPO membranes, and modified bitumen systems. Certified Versico installers ensure proper flashing details and code compliance. Services include routine maintenance, leak detection, and emergency tarping for storm-damaged properties.
Gutters & Covers
Lockhart offers seamless aluminum gutter systems in 24 colors with heavy-duty hidden brackets and 30-year baked-on finishes. Our Leaf Exterminator leaf guards prevent clogging while maintaining proper water drainage. We install 5 and 6-inch gutters with 2x3 or 3x4 downspouts to handle heavy rainfall and protect building foundations from water damage.
Attic Ventilation
Proper attic ventilation prevents premature roof deterioration and reduces energy costs. Our certified technicians install balanced intake/exhaust systems using ridge vents, soffit vents, and powered attic ventilators. We maintain optimal attic temperatures within 15-20 degrees of outdoor conditions to prevent ice dams and extend roof lifespan in Michigan's climate.
Attic Insulation
We provide professional attic insulation services to improve energy efficiency and comfort. Our team assesses existing R-values and recommends upgrades to meet Michigan's recommended R-38 standard. Proper insulation reduces heating/cooling costs by preventing air leakage while maintaining proper attic airflow to prevent moisture buildup and structural damage.
