Established in 1994, North Star Metals has been manufacturing high-quality metal roofing, siding, and components for agricultural, architectural, industrial, and residential markets. Our state-of-the-art roll-forming and folding equipment ensures precise, made-to-order production of panels and trims, including custom solutions for discontinued or hard-to-find designs. Our sales team utilizes specialized CAD programs to deliver accurate blueprint take-off dimensioning for complex cladding projects. We offer panels cut to the inch, ranging from 1 to 53 feet, packaged with waterproof membranes to prevent moisture damage during transport. Our delivery fleet includes custom-designed roll-off trailers and 32-foot gooseneck trailers, ensuring efficient delivery to job sites with or without forklift access.

For larger loads, 48-foot semi-trailers with unloading cranes are available. All vehicles are equipped with GPS navigation to service even remote locations. Our products are backed by industry-leading warranties, and our packaging methods protect panels from contact with damp surfaces post-delivery. We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial standing seam roofing and custom trims. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through our pre-heated roll-forming process, which extends product lifespan, and our ICC condensation prevention technology available in select panels.
