We specialize in complete residential roofing solutions using premium materials. Our installations focus on proper ventilation and structural integrity to prevent moisture damage. Each project includes a full inspection, on-site material selection, and comprehensive cleanup, ensuring lasting protection and property value.
Ventilation Systems
Our expert ventilation system installations prevent attic moisture buildup that voids warranties. We design custom solutions integrating ridge vents, soffit vents, and powered ventilators. Proper airflow extends roof lifespan while maintaining energy efficiency and indoor comfort for homeowners.

As CertainTeed Select Shingle Masters, we offer the Sure Start Plus 5-Star Warranty. This covers materials, labor, and tear-off costs for 50 years, with 25-year workmanship protection. Our installations meet strict manufacturer requirements to maintain full warranty validity throughout ownership.
Roof Inspections
We provide thorough roof inspections identifying existing damage and potential issues. Our evaluations check for proper ventilation, shingle condition, flashing integrity, and structural concerns. Clients receive detailed recommendations for repairs or replacements to maintain roof performance and warranty compliance.
Roof Installation
Our efficient roof installations complete most projects in 1-3 days. The process includes removing old materials, installing ice and water shield, laying premium shingles, and restoring property to original condition. We use manufacturer-certified techniques to ensure lasting durability and aesthetic appeal.
