We offer resealing, waterproofing, modified bitumen/torch-down, coatings and new flat roofs.
We can inspect all elements of your flat roof and have our own HVAC technicians in case these need to be lifted during recoating or serviced.
In case you do not need an entire roof recoating or repair, we can do sealing around AC units and other general maintenance/repairs as needed on commercial roofs.
