Your Trusted Home Exterior Experts in Northeast Ohio
ProCon Exteriors was founded in 2013 by Eli Troyer, who identified a need for transparent exterior home services that prioritize customer education over aggressive sales tactics. Our company was built on the principle of providing homeowners with balanced assessments of available products, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, and insulation. In 2017, ownership transitioned to Eli's relatives Eddie and Dan Troyer, who continue to uphold the original commitment to honest evaluations, upfront pricing, and quality installations. Our team of local experts in Kidron, Ohio, specializes in helping homeowners make informed decisions about exterior projects while maintaining strict adherence to industry-leading product standards. We offer free comprehensive estimates for all services and maintain partnerships with trusted manufacturers like Owens Corning, ProVia, and Trex. Our operational philosophy emphasizes clean work practices, energy-efficient solutions, and long-term customer relationships built on transparency and reliability.
