Getting a new roof was a bigger task than I thought. After conferring with several companies we decided on Ark because they explained the insurance process clearly and didn't try to upsell a bunch of stuff we didn't need to get more out of insurance. I appreciated how straight forward the process was and would use them again. They were super fast and did a great job on the roof. Most of my landscaping survived the job. I was a little disappointed by the sheer number of nails we found in the yard and coming through the gutters over time, but perhaps that is par for the course with a new roof.

Needing to have my roof replaced as a result of hail damage was made a lot easier because Ark Roofers approached the issue in the most businesslike and comprehensive manner possible. My other roofer bids were simple and easy to deal with but lacked the certainty I was looking for. Additionally Ark Roofers were incredibly thorough and found things missing from the original insurance company evaluation. Ark Roofers took care of providing the insurance company with needed information and additional money was paid by my insurance company to complete all repairs. Great job!
