Marlin Construction replaced the flooring on my roof top. John (the owner) is extremely professional and knowledgeable. However, there were a few minor issues with the work. Nevertheless, the team made sure to fix everything. They made sure to schedule an appointment and send their contractors as soon as I called to ensure the problem was resolved. The estimate for the work was reasonable.

Finding the cause of my roof leak and completing the necessary repairs were excellently handled by Marlin Construction. They have served my roofing needs in the past, and I will keep doing so. They are fair and honest.

I'm overjoyed that the new conservatory roof was installed in a single day. The team did a fantastic job and was always polite and professional. The mess was then cleaned up. Highly suggested.

We got a beautiful new roof installed with Marlin Construction and we are thrilled with the quality, professionalism, and follow through at every step along the way. They are detail oriented and get all the little things right; that's really hard to find. Communication was fantastic and everyone was super pleasant to work with. The foreman was personable, involved, and he was the last person to leave the job site -- very appreciated.

Very happy to have went with this company to replace my roof. I had a visible hole and Denise came out the next day to inspect and give me a quote. Gave me a great price and also completed the job before the next rain storm came through. She shared photos of the old and new. I'm very appreciative of his professionalism and the way he handled everything. Trust me you'll be in good hands.

Marlin Construction did a great job replacing my roof. I had called 3 other roofing companies, and Denise at Marlin Construction was the only one to follow through with giving me an estimate and getting the job started. They were on time and professional through out the project. When they finished, they made sure there were no nails or any other debris left on the property. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Marlin Construction did an amazing job! The person I communicated with was very kind and responsive. He personally came out to inspect my leaking skylights and promptly offered me a fair quote. They handled the ordering of the replacement skylights and ensured that the correct size and brand was ordered. The employees who came to install the new skylights were kind and respectful. They worked efficiently and made sure to clean up afterwards. It's been a week now and the skylights look great. No leaks yet!

It was nice to work with David because he did what he said he was going to do. His workers started when he said and finished when he said. It's hard to get that any more.

They did a great job they broke down every detail on what they where going to do. I didn't know anything about roofing or roofs my gf found them online and within 2 minutes they called me to come out an give me a quote. It was a great price so we went with them!

We signed right there and then I didn't need any other estimates as she made a great impression on us and made us feel very comfortable. The workers have done an amazing job. I am very pleased!

Had the pleasure of doing business with Marlin they had been referred over to me by my brother in law who was very pleased with the job they did at his home. The office was very prompt in sending out a project manager to go over my roof repairs after a recent storm we had. Denise my project manager answered all my questions and was very upfront and honest with the repair costs and expectations. The office staff did a wonderful job keeping me up to date with how things were moving along. I am very happy with my new roof I would hire again

It was perfect. They were really good at communicating. They were easy to work with.

I found Marlin Roofing to be very easy to deal with. The job went smoothly and we most appreciated the cleanup they did every time they were on our property, not leaving any mess. We have had several storms since roof complete, and everything appears to be holding up well. We appreciate the efficiency and cleanliness of Marlin Roofing!

After a recent storm I noticed the shingles on our roof were pulled up from the wind. Both my wife and I have Parkinson's Disease and Kris was on the spot with an assessment first thing the next morning that was conducive to our needs and situation. He assured us that he would work with our insurance company and get the job done on time. True to his word, he and Marlin came through with flying colors. TJ followed up to insure the quality and satisfaction of the work.

Excellent customer service and expertise. Marlin Constructions was extremely professional and gave us an estimate on our roof repair right away. They arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and did so with high standards and professionalism. I would definitely call Marlin Constructions the next time we have any roofing needs as well as recommend them highly to others.

I cannot believe all the negative reviews about this roofing company. I've had several roofs replaced over my lifetime and this is the only company that I didn't have to call back to fix something that should have been done when putting on my roof. I always personally inspect work done as I have a working knowledge of construction. They came out with six employees, tore off the old roof and had the bad plywood replaced and the water barrier on in one day.

After passing the first inspection they then came out with nine roofers and had my roof done in one day. This was all done in one week! I asked the city inspector how it looked and he said "this company knows what they are doing, they complete around four roofs a day". I had a roof done after Irma by a different roofing company and had them come out twice to fix what they had done wrong. This is the absolute best roofing company in this area, hands down.

The reason for my last review was a shake up in the office with a person leaving. After contacting the right person, my problem was corrected imediatly

Extremely pleased with the job Marlin Construction did on our roof. There were no hidden costs on the finished product. They were quick, clean and neat. The job was finished in a week. That to me was amazing because other roofs put on houses in our neighborhood took weeks. Tyler promised that would be so and it was. Two neighbors have asked for his card and I have no qualms about recommending Marlin Construction.

Mike Moon had made a point to be available to meet with the adjuster. We got approved for our new roof. They were able to meet up their promise. He told us exactly what to expect about the service. Everything was just great. The guys were polite and clean. They left the job site as clean as most as it should be. I was impressed across the board with everything.
