Josh got me a new roof paid for by my home insurance and did a great job

If I could give negative stars I would. Where do I even begin with Josh Brooks. Josh was give $5000 to restore my daughter's home after a tragic event happened in her home on New Year's morning, the front door needed replaced and new flooring installed. Let's start with the door, the wrong size door was installed, a hole was made in the drywall, the screen door was put on backwards, there is a 1 1/4 gap around the exterior of the door that allows moisture to cause potential structural damage. The flooring, he did not use the underlayment under the plank flooring which the packaging states "underlayment required". The amount of trash and lack of job site cleaned up was horrible, he did not leave the key to my daughter's house after the job was "done", we had to replace all the locks. When I tried to contact Josh, I was met with name calling, threats and harassment. Josh threatened to come to my place of business and tell my boss I was a "deadbeat". He demanded more money to come fix the issues with his work, threatened that if my daughter did not pay him more, he was going to sue her. Josh was paid plenty for the subpar work that he did, his constant threats and harassment are down right scary. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. I regret EVER meeting Josh. I'm sure after I leave this review he will respond that it's a fake review and he never did business with me. Walk.....no RUN from doing business with Josh Brooks Construction. What an absolute nightmare. Josh also made a slanderous and defamatory post about me on Facebook

Brooks Construction repaired the leaks in our gutters. They did everything we asked of them.

Josh was responsive and quick. We had an immediate need and he got it done, on a holiday! The work looks great.

Even after the renovation was completed, Josh Brooks Construction continued to provide excellent service. When we had a small issue with one of the installations, Josh personally came by to fix it without any additional charge. It's rare to find a contractor who stands by their work so strongly after the project is done.

Josh is doing a full rennovation on my 125 year old Victorian. Few people are experienced with this kind of rennovation where new problems are discovered daily. His attention to detail is exceptional and his experienced crew is fully capable of altering plans and methods when necessary. However, after dealing with numerous other contractors over the years, what impresses me most is his honesty. In a competitive world, Josh stands way above the rest.

Company researched exterior shutter replacements at my home to mitigate wind damaging existing shutters and still comply with HOA requirements. Found a solution with vinyl shutters and they installed the new shutters as soon as material received. Installation was professional and crew left site spotless. All coordination and communication with
Josh Brooks was clear and timely. Would recommend for similar projects.

Josh Construction did a painting and new roof project on our house. Good work. Josh kept us informed during every phase of the project and completed on time promised.

Fixed a really difficult to find leak from the balcony down, repaired the ceiling, insulated all around the sliding door, painted, and resurfaced the flat roof. Very thorough with an excellent outcome.

I recently had a hail damage renovation on my roof and skylight. The guys at Josh Brooks construction were very professional and extremely proficient add making the process as easy as possible. It only took them one day to do the roof, however due to weather constraints the Skylight had to be done at a later date. Nonetheless I would 100 recommend Josh Brooks Construction for any home renovation needs. These guys are amazing!

We were very happy with their work. Josh and William were courteous, responsive and good communicators. They replaced our roof, added vents and 2 fans to prevent overheating in our eaves. They also replaced an old skylight. The crew was also courteous and kept the worksite clean. We would highly recommend them.

Josh went above and beyond while working on our house. I walked him through the long list of things to fix and asked for his recommendations on what to work on now and what can wait. He was prompt in scheduling, thorough on explanations and quick to finish the work. He fixed a cold spot in our kitchen by adding insulation, patched siding in a few areas of exterior and repaired a spot with our roofing. We loved that he was super consultative and just a nice guy to work with!

Josh and his crew recently did a total exterior remodel for me. Siding, Gutters, Roof and paint. Throughout the entire process, Josh was in constant communication with me and was very keen on making sure that the job was completed with great care and attention to details. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to exterior remodels and did a fantastic job ensuring that my roof and siding will protect my house from the elements for many years.

Josh Brooks installed a new water heater for me today. He showed up on time, did a good job and did it in a timely manner. The water heater is working fine. I will probably hire him to do other work around my house in the future.
