Hect home did a great job on my roof! I felt so comfortable from the start while engaging with Drew. He explained all the products that were offered and the need of each product. He examined everything and was very honest from the start. The process was seamless up until after the roof was installed. Towards the end, it started to rain so maybe that was why more than a few nails were exposed around the house even after cleanup. Ive made Drew aware of this during his final inspection and he cleaned most of the nails and the small things that was left over on the roof. With that being said, I would still recommend this company. I already let Drew know that I will be needing his services in the future. Thank you to the installers and thank you Drew for everything!

Hecht Home Improvement LLC replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts in spring 2024. Chris Hecht, the owner, was so wonderful to work with and the cost was reasonable! They got the job done in one day and did a thorough cleanup before they left. Chris even moved a downspout that wasnt in the proper location and had been causing water leaks in a corner of the basement. Weve had a dry basement ever since.

It rained the night of the install, and Chris came out personally the next morning to check on the gutters/downspouts and to make sure we were satisfied with the new roof. They really did a great job, and our roof is beautiful! Couldnt be happier!

It was such a pleasure to work with Chris from Hect Home Improvement. As an out-of-town investor, Ive done plenty of transactions with companies to rehab properties and Ive never seen someone that is very understanding of your situation, ensures your updated as the project progresses, is very detailed when explaining their intentions and expectations, and best of yet, will ensure their work exceeds code. Highly recommend you use them for any home improvement needs.

Hect Home Improvement provided my family with a quality Job on our home. They provided expertise and knowledge for a price that met our limited budget. The crews were respectful and clean. They completed the job in a timely manor as well only taking 3 days for tear off to underlayment and shingle applications. I would recommend Chris and his crew in the future and may be going back for some gutters in a few years. Thanks Chris for all you and your crews hard work. Brian and Rashell Chambers

Chris is awesome! I would recommend this company 100%. He is amazing at communicating with you throughout the entire process. The crew for both the roof and the gutters were hard-working and efficient doing quality work. In this day and age its hard to find quality craftsman. This is the company that delivers excellent service and product.

Chris and his crew did a great job on my roof. They got it done in 2 days and had everything cleaned up like it never happened. Chris is a professional that cares about the quality of his work and charges a very fair price. After hearing some of the horror storys from others that got their roof done recently I couldnt be happier I chose right for mine. Dont get your home project contracted out do yourself a favor and go with someone that really puts their reputation on their quality and thats Hect Home Improvement!

I sent in a roof tear off-replacement quote request, Chris responded immediatly. He asked me what was in my best interest and understood exactly what i was looking for, a good price, no oversales and most importantly a quality installation. He was on site as scheduled with a respectful, pleasant crew and completed the job without issue. He was involved and oversaw the project throughout the day, not just dropping by occasionally. Took detailed pictures of the deck, anything that needed replacement and overall progress and sent then to me throughout the day. Jobsite was cleaned up well and several issues were fixed at no extra cost. I would hire again for sure.

Chris and the team did an exceptional job with my roof and completed the work for nearly a third of competing roofers' estimates. What was supposed to be a three or four day job (full resheet + full roof replacement) was completed in less than two. Highly recommend.
