I had a very good experience with the Roof Doctor. Manuel was very knowledgeable and provided exactly what we agreed upon (roof cleaning main roof with wire brush, new shingles on patio roof, skylights, new ridge cap, aluminum railings). He was easy to work with and went the extra mile...the house looks great and the 15 yr old leak was fixed.

We had a great experience with Roof Doctor and Keith, who explained the product and process. He kept us informed throughout the project. All the work was done well and to schedule. We highly recommend their service if you want your roof to be replaced to a high standard.

Ive used the roof doctor for over 20 years now on at least 30 different locations. Their experience in roofing is second to none. I just feel good knowing that Im using a company that always stands behind their work. Ive never had issues with any of the roofs that the Roof Doctor has installed. Theyve always been very reasonable on their bids.

I must acknowledge the Roof Doctor for the excellent job they did adding Siding to my house and replacing the Roof on my shed. I must also convey a special thanks to Tara who was profoundly professional, impressively informative and uniquely understanding and willing to work within my budget. Kelly was also professional and respectful. Tara nor Kelly ever pressured me by attempting to sell me something I did not need. Tara was always honest, and she answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The respect, kindness, professionalism and understanding that Tara rendered was impressively unwavering!

The excellent high quality work that Steve, Jerry, Charles, Carlos and the other individuals who were assigned did was impeccably impressive! The crew always arrived on time. They treated me with the utmost respect. They never left trash or debris on my property at the end of the day. I have been a homeowner for 38 years and I have never hired anyone who has impressed me the way the Roof Doctor employees impressed me. They truly exceeded all of my expectations. I called the Roof Doctor because my roof was getting old and I was concerned about potential water damage. Tara met me at my home the following day for a consultation. After going over several options and picking the best one for me, Tara put me on the schedule. When the roofers came out to do the job, I found them highly professional both in the way they explained the process with me and the way they carried out their work. The best part was, they were done in one day! This company is top notch and I cant recommend them highly enough!

The Roof doctor Team was amazing to work with on multiple occasions! I had a few leaks in 2019 and patched with another company and got a bid. Reaching out to the roof dr
to get a bid they were extremely professional and sent someone out to take a look give me a bid for my house, and my mother-in-law unit. They came out to do the work and did such an amazing job on my roof, site cleanup, professionalism, promptness that I also got a bid from them to replace the cedar trim on all the windows in my house. They did an amazing job and were really easy to work with.

Years later, I had some remodeling work that needed done as well and they were the first company I thought of. They came back gave me a professional bid, finished the work on time and under budget. I will always refer Work to this company. They are amazing!

Additionally, I am on the PTA board for a local school and I love seeing that they have donated to local causes as well. Truly accompany that gives back to the community in so many ways.

Take my advice and dont always go with the cheapest one out there go with a reputable company.

Chris was in the neighborhood when I flagged him and his partner down just to pick his brain and he was wonderfully confident that he had roofed our house years ago! He was happy to pull up the previous estimate and explained todays current price points. Weve had two other estimates but I feel like the roof doctor doesnt play any games and will be the best choice for us

I have used the Roof Doctor to replace roofs on two homes and three rentals over the last 25 years. Their price has always been fair, quality workmanship and the jobs wrap up in one day. And when there have been any issues, which is rare, someone is out right away.

Chris and Keith came out to do my estimate and I appreciated their no nonsense approach and thoroughness inspecting my roof. price was absolutely reasonable and I'm glad I chose The Roof Doctor to do the job! The install only took one day. The crew was respectful of the property and the roof looks great!

Ultimately the reason we went with the Roof Doctor was Keith. Keith came out and spent a good amount of time assessing the roof and giving us his expert opinion on what all needed to be done. Keith was extremely communicative throughout the whole project and easy to reach with questions. We are so happy with the end result!

This is the second time we have had complete tear off and roof replacement. Once in July 2003 and recently in June 2023. They were not the lowest bid, but were easily the best value. The crew showed up, completed the job in one day the first time and 1 and 1/2 days the second time. Cleaned up the yard perfectly. No flat tires either time. The new roof and gutters look great. The first roof never had a leak ever but started to show its age due to lots of trees around our home. They are the company to check out, you will not be disappointed.

The Roof Doctor is excellent. They were quick, provided excellent explanations, and produced a great looking roof. I appreciate all the time they took to explain things to me and showed me pictures and product samples. When the job started, a large group arrived and got our roof replaced in 1.5 days. It was amazing. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

The Roof Doctor was a wonderful company to work with. We received weather damage to our roof along with leaking into a second floor room. We requested a few bids and while The Roof Doctor was only slightly higher (~$200) it was Tara's professionalism, responsiveness and clear communication on what services we'd get by hiring them that made our final decision much easier to spend just a little more.

We received interior repairs by a very thorough carpenter who removed and patched the water damaged ceiling. He repainted the ceiling and now the room looks better than when the damage occurred.

The large task of the roof was completed extremely efficiently in one day with a well-equipped crew. The team cleaned up after the job was complete and it was a minimal disruption to our household when you consider the task of a full roof replacement. I'm extremely satisfied with our choice and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Roof Doctor if you are in need of roof repair/replacement. ~Anthony

Keith Brent, and his crew came out and replaced not only my shingles but the wood underneath, pretty much my entire roof, vents yesterday. Wish I could remember the rest of their names but I will tell you that you could not ask for more competent people who answer your questions and act like they genuinely care about your concerns. I felt like they really wanted me to understand some of the process while updating information to me as they were working. I give 5 stars for punctuality, excellent work done, professionalism, price was fair, and all the smiles I saw from the crew.
