We had a fantastic experience with Roof Doctor replacing our 21 year old roof. The quality and professionalism was excellent. Michael, our estimator was kind, response, and went the extra mile every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure there were no nails or debris in our backyard to keep our dogs safe, which was very important to us. We cannot recommend them enough!

I have a place that has been passed down to me, I'm 3rd generation. No one could tell me when the previous roof was installed but I found pictures -1996. No wonder it was beginning to leak. We have an open beam, tongue and groove ceiling, no attic. I called 4 roofers, all 4 showed up and provided quotes. The Roof Doctor was 2nd lowest, but Jimmy was just so kind, patient, knowledgeable. The 2 days it took to replace it, he gave us instructions to protect things inside (no attic to catch falling debris), kept us informed on what was going on (several unexpected things happened).
He spoke honestly with us, helped us make informed decisions. The ocean is not kind to roofs. I'm thankful I chose Jimmy and The Roof Doctor to do this job. Next time - the 4th generation will be in charge. :-)

We live out of time and we had a wind storm along the coast. When we went to go stay at our vacation home over the weekend we found broken singles that caused a roof leak. We called the Roof Dr and Brandon showed up to our door and looked at our issue. He told us he would be right back, and sure enough he came right back and fixed our issue same day. We are so grateful for Brandon doing this for us!! Definitely will be calling Roof Dr again.

Brandon showed up at my son's home in Hoquiam and quickly inspected inside the house and then on to the roof. He found the area where rain was getting in and was able to seal the area in under an hour! He was courteous and professional and I appreciate his prompt attention to our roof problem. Thanks again!

I had a very tiny damp spot on my family room ceiling after our recent wind storms. Roof Doctor tech came out, checked out my roof, other than a possible slightly bent shingle, which he fixed, there were no other problems found. He didn't even charge me for the few minutes on my roof.
