Noticed a leak in my ceiling right above my bed this morning and when I called First Rate Roofing, Ethan answered right away and was able to get his team out to assess within 40 min! His team was friendly and professional and found several potential problem areas that they were able to fix up to prevent further leaking. Everything was done only a couple hours after I even noticed the leak! With two babies on the way in just a week, I seriously appreciated the speedy response time! They showed me pictures to help understand the work they could do and also made recommendations for short term and long term fixes. With all the excellent reviews and their excellent service today, I'm sure we would be contacting them again for future repairs and our inevitable roof replacement!

I cannot measure my satisfaction with Ethan and his crew by just using the five stars. I had a portion of my roof blow off in a wind storm and after randomly picking First Rate off a Google search they overwhelmed my house. They were out there immediately to do a temporary patch while I worked with insurance. On the day I approved the invoice they actually had the permanent repair scheduled and completed before I even saw the response. They set my mind at ease in a situation that could have been stressful. Ethan is an authentic, trustworthy, professional, and reliable owner/operator.

We got a new roof last month and couldn't be happier! The work was completed in a day, so day two was only clean up and inspection. Great work done well, speedy, and at a great price. We even decided to use them to build our front porch. We will be using them for other future projects and would definitely recommend.

We choose First Rate Roofing to install a new roof on our home this summer. It had deteriorated with age, weather, cracked shingles and roof mold. Now we have a new roof that looks fantastic. The quality of workmanship is top notch. They installed new drip guards, vents, flashing and sealed every thing up tight, which was a concern of ours with the winters that we have here. Communication was good throughout the process too; they were very approachable with any and all questions that we had. We're very satisfied with the professional job that the entire crew performed.

I had a leaky skylight and they came out super quick and took a look at it and got a tarp over it. When we got scheduled to have it replaced, they came out when they said they would and got right to work. They had it done within a couple hours and it looks great. They cleaned all the debris and hauled the old light off. I would definitely use them again.

My husband called First Rate Roofing and explained what was happening. Over the phone, Ethan suspected it to be a very quick and easy fix based off of my husbands description. Ethan got a team to our house the same day and confirmed that the fix was just a lack of flashing and made the quick repair! Ethan did the roofing for my mom's house earlier this week. I read the reviews before selecting him and thought "what's the chance this guy deserves essentially 100% five star reviews." I can tell you, he easily gets 5 stars. His crew was very neat, was there when they said they'd be there and finished in two days. And he was also tied for the best bid i got. We were very impressed with First Rate Roofing and Nathan who did our job. Their price was very competitive, and Nathan was extremely easy to communicate with. He responded very quickly to all our messages. The guys went above and beyond what we requested because they were on the roof anyway and little things needed to be done to make the roof perfect. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! I highly recommend them. Ethan, the owner, answered my call the first time, was very knowledgeable, professional and understood that my roof leak was an issue that needed to be addressed immediately. He came out, inspected the whole roof, had it repaired within a week and was very reasonably priced. Other roofing companies never even called me back or were booked out for months. Roof repairs is what Ethan does. This will be the only company I use in the future for roof repairs!

Ethan was outstanding. Responded immediately when I called about a leak in my mobile home. Other companies did not even call back. Ethan fixed the immediate problem and he gave me a bid for fixing up some other issues on roof and decking roof. His work is great, he knows his stuff and takes many pictures.
