I need to update my review. One small piece of the flashing did not get finished. They never came back to fix it even after repeated phone calls and emails. They aren't answering phone calls and their emails bounce back. I think they may have gone out of business.
I received 12 quotes to have my house reroofed. They were in the lowest three. David was easy to work with. Before my job started he answered or returned my calls even though he was on vacation in Italy. He did everything he said he would do. If you are having your house reroofed you don't need to look further. This is your company.

They came on time, went up on the roof and into my attic to see and diagnose my problems. In few minutes they did a water test and confirmed the problem. They fixed everything and checked my roof for any loose tiles, fixing any that were loose. Fast any efficient. I highly recommend DC Roofing to handle any issues with your roof.

I was very lucky today to contact David at DC Roofing. I saw his company recommended on next door, I called and David the owner of this awesome company answered the phone himself. I explained that I had a small problem with the roof at the back of my home, over a pergola. It was leaking badly every time it rained. David immediately said, I have a crew working nearby to your address and they will be there in 2 hours to look at the problem, and give you an estimate. The crew arrived (5 guys) looked at the roof and within 30 minutes David came out with some supplies and they had the whole problem fixed!! 5 star service ***** I highly recommend this wonderful company!

Called, got back to me the same day, out for an estimate quickly, explained everything with pictures, reasonably priced, work completed fast with fidelity, follow up quick and comprehensive. Best part is the owner did all the communication with us - no middle man. This time was just a repair however when we need a new roof we WILL be going with DC Roofing!!

Based on the recommendation of two neighbors, we asked David to come assess a leak. He responded quickly, sent one of his guys into the attic to find the leak, take pictures and show us the source of the leak. That allowed David to propose a more targeted solution and a lower price than two other roofing companies who hadn't bothered to go into the attic.
We accepted his proposal and the crew returned a few days later to do the work. They took photos of their progress and wrapped up early because they didn't need to do the entire scope of the proposal. David called later to follow up and said he was lowering the price based on the smaller scope. Impressive.
From beginning to end, David performed better than two other larger companies.
It's very reassuring to know we now have a dependable roofer with good work practices and honest pricing. Thanks David.

This was my first time in Florida with a decent tropical storm and through it, I ended up having a roof leak. Dave’s company came highly recommended, so I gave him a call and told him I would be leaving town and needed to get this done as quickly as possible. He had a crew out to my house in less than an hour. They figured out the problem & got it fixed all within a four hour period.
This is a great company, and the workers were very respectful of my home.
