From the estimate with Sam W., to the cleanup once finished, everything went perfectly! Sam spent time reviewing everything to fit our budget and needs. He was not pushy or like a typical salesman. He really respected boundaries and was not pushy at all. They answered all questions timely and were quick to schedule me. The crew was professional and quick. 5/5 highly recommend. The sense of trust you feel when going with this company, is unmatched.

The roofing team was excellent! Very fast and efficient work, kept the yard clean even with a huge mess putting a new roof on can be, everyone from the front office to the men on the roof were extremely professional and friendly! The new roof looks awesome, I have the most confidence in the quality of work! Won’t have to worry about the roof now for a very long time, couldn’t recommend them enough, thank you!!

Pawcatuck Roofing Company did a great job for us. They did our roof replacement this year (2025) and came out for 2 smaller jobs in past years. Before deciding to redo our roof we had called them out for some tiny leaks after heavy rains 2 years in a row. These turned out to be easy fixes for them having to do with loose flashing in separate locations on our roof. For both smaller jobs they got back to us in a timely manner and came out to do the fixes quickly which was really appreciated. Our old roof was from 1999 and so we were not surprised when they advised us to replace it based on the condition of our shingles. Since it felt like a big job we got quotes from 3 companies. Pawcatuck Roofing Company gave us the best quote and we already knew their work, so we ended up going with them. We were not disappointed. They showed up as scheduled at 8:30 am with an awesome, considerate team and finished by 5:30 pm. Everything was protected with tarps and broom swept afterwards. We have had plenty of rain since and haven't had any problems. The roof also looks great. We were really happy and would certainly recommend them.

The roofing team was efficient, careful and clean. None of the plantings around the house got damaged, which was the thing we had been worried about most. Fine-meshed netting was extended down from the edge of the roof and pulled taut, like a half-tent protecting the flower beds that doubled up as a slide for the debris.

Todd R. oversaw the project, clearly explained everything and was really responsive and easy to talk to throughout the day.

By 3 p.m. we had a new roof and it looked great.

We had a large roof replacement project completed this week. They had a well organized staging of material and equipment ahead of our start date. The project manager (Todd) and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled date. We had documented our requirements in the bid (important step), reviewed them with the project manager (another important step), who then assured that all the details in the bid were completed. The project was a large complex roof replacement, the crew worked through a bit of rain but finished in 2 days. The clean up was complete. We are very happy with the job they did for us.

A month ago, I had Pawcatuck Roofing shingle the roof on my mother's garage in Westerly. The price was more than fair, and the job looked great. They've always had a reputation for doing quality work, and when the job was done, you couldn't find a nail on the ground. They left the job cleaner than a hound's tooth. I knew that my 25+ year old roof needed to be replaced one day soon, but when a recent wind shear peeled off a large section of shingles from one of my outbuildings “one day soon” was moved became now. I had several estimates but decided to go with Pawcatuck Roofing and I’m glad that I did. First of all, I appreciated how the estimate was clearly itemized for all aspects of the project. Every dollar was accounted for. The price was competitive and the materials are all top notch. Once I signed the contract, I was on the schedule for two weeks later. I was told at the time of the estimate, the job would take 2 days and it did. We had a few days of bad weather but it took 2 days. The roof looks beautiful and I’m very happy with it. I haven’t found 1 nail in the driveway or anywhere. I really appreciate the workmanship and the attention the crew put into cleaning up afterward. Everyone was pleasant, polite and professional. I used Pawcatuck Roofing for a roof replacement (shingles only) and am very happy with the service from estimate to completion. The estimate was an honest and thorough evaluation of the state of the roof and how much longer it could last. Scheduling and planning was clearly communicated throughout. The installation was a 2 day process with care taken to protect the surrounding areas and communication on progress. The team cleaned up at the end of the first day even though they were coming back again. Clean up at the end of the project was very thorough- no nails, or scraps. Justin, the project manager, did a final walk through with me to answer questions and do some more spot cleaning. Who says you can't find people to work hard? Pawcatuck roofing has done that. We had our roof replaced because it was almost 30 years old. From Keith who quoted us to Justin who was the supervisor and all the installers, the experience was excellent.The job was completed in just 2 days. Work started early and went late. Shingles had stamped right on them ( Miami Dade county approved ) they also have superb fabric water barriers , that was enough for me excellent.
