Such a great company to work with! Extremely punctual with responding. I submitted a request online and had a phone call within the hour. They were very accommodating while we got the finances together to pay for our deck. Melody is seriously the easiest person to work with. Can't recommend enough!

The team was professional, punctual, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They communicated clearly throughout the process, completed the work on schedule, and left the property spotless afterward. The roof looks fantastic and gives me peace of mind knowing it was done with quality materials and craftsmanship. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable, honest, and skilled roofing professionals

We called Teir-1 to asses a leak in our skylights as well as to take a look at our roof as a whole and let us know if she spotted any concerns. Melody was quick to schedule with us because of potential rain coming in. She was even quicker to asses and fix our skylight problem (same day!). She was such a pleasure to work with and was able to photograph and explain all of things she saw while she was up on our roof, without pressuring us to pursue further business. We will absolutely be using Melody and Teir-1 Roofing for any further questions or concerns regarding our roof.

I had a concrete driveway replaced and an additional pad poured next to it. The team did excellent work and finished earlier than anticipated considering the weather. The Tier -1 team was great to work with. They are transparent and will walk you through the process. I had used them commercially for another project that still looks fantastic. I will definitely use them for future work.

We had a shed in need of repair and reroofing after a wind storm caused damage, and we needed gutters put on our gazebo. Melody was great to work with, friendly, easy to communicate with and attentive. Her workers were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. We had this work completed back in October, we have since had a ton or rain and snow, have had zero issues. We are extremely happy with the results and will use them again if/when needed

I own a commercial property in the Cincinnati area. Melody from Tier-1 was recommended to me by NAI Bergman and I couldn't be happier. I've used them extensively for re-building the front facade, roofing work, and they've put in safety railings as well. The quality is great and communication throughout is reliable. It's just one less thing I need to worry about.

My experience with Tier-1 couldnt have been better. I live in the Eastgate area & needed a variety of different work done including a new roof, replaced my siding, and replaced my gutters. I dealt with Melody & she was responsive, knowledgeable, and seemed to always have the resources I needed to get the exact result I was looking for. Id gladly use their services again.
