I gave 4 stars because ; through no fault of Kymand we had to wait for materials to get started on the job. But when they got the materials Sahil and his crew were quick, thorough and efficient in getting everything done. They did not cut corners and they communicated everything in the process. Thank you for all your work!!!

I do and will recommend Kymand Roofing any day, any time. Kymand did my roof a three years ago. In the last few months there's been torrential rains and leaks appeared. Kymand not only came out to diagnose the problem but discovered other areas that could potentially leak .they advised us that they would repair everything they discovered including repairing any and all inside damages the leaks caused.

Cole, the supervisor we dealt with, was incredibly professional, clear, and diligent in his communications. Once the roofers reassessed the roof a second time they decided to redo nearly 1/3 of the initial roof on their own... amazing!

Every commitment he made was completed in the time frames he stated. Refunds for expenses we incurred were honoured promptly. Again, Kymand is the roofer we recommend if you want a quality job done at a reasonable price and the peace of mind that they will stand by their work 100%.

So want to thank Josh and the crew for being speedy ...the guys were freindly...shut everything down on coffee break do I could get my cats back in the house. They addressed rotton boards took pictures to show me....were done in like 30 hours just before the next snowfalll and Josh personally came out to clean up a little trash ,nails that werent found before. I cant say enough good things about Kymand roofing. Chris, the owner gave me a very competitive despite use of high-quality shingles. Tristan, the project coordinator was amazing. I actually had a small leak in my roof a couple of weeks before it was done, and they came over right away and put a temporary seal. They did a great job cleaning up and roofers were very professional. I would highly recommend considering them for your roofing project!

We had our roof replaced prior to getting solar panels. The roof was already about 29 years old. They came and replaced the roof in a bout two days. We have a very steep pitch, but they managed very well. They also promised that once we agreed on a price, there would not be any "extras" as happens in some projects when something unexpected comes up. In our case, they needed to buy new flashing for our skylights because the company that makes the skylights has custom flashing. This could have easily been added to our end cost, but they honoured their pledge of no extras. I dig that. Afterwards they cleaned everything up and hauled it away like they were never here...except for our new roof. :) Well done.

We had damage in the hail storm and I was very impressed with Sahil and team. First with Sahil help in getting all our damaged documented and help with sending the quote into the insurer and after the insurer review helping in getting all the repairs covered by the insurer. Their professional and workmanship and following up to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction and also ours was exceptional - I have already referred them to people - they have finished the roof and gutters install at a very reasonable price and reasonable amount of time. Kyle,Tristen and all the Kymand Team did a fabulous job replacing our old cedar shake roof with a quality asphalt shingle roof including new eavestroughs with custom downspouts and topped up our attic insulation. Very easy and good to work with - total professionals and very respectful and helpful. Quality workmanship and excellent pricing! We would definitely use Kymand again and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors!

We love the solar panels and the roofing job! Curtis made sure we were taken care of and gave us all the info for the solar panels we needed to make an informed decision. Super happy with the price and the finished product! The crew was awesome too!

Kymand roofing was incredible. I had an insane amount of hail damage on my roof along with erosion damage over the years. This team really came to the rescue, I got a free roof inspection and estimate. The price of work was only 7000$ which was very reasonable for the amount of labour needed to be done. The team was very clean and professional, punctual, and finished my entire roof in a day. They worked quickly and efficiently and the quality of work was amazing. I would recommend Kymand Roofing to anybody.

After receiving severe hail damage, my entire house was devastated but most especially the roof as it had multiple holes that cause leaking. This didnt last for long as Kymand roofing stuck to their time and repaired my roof in an amazing time frame. For replacing the whole roof, Im surprised it cost only $13,500.45. After the work was finished in just a day, Im surprised at how clean they left their work area as it showed no signs of work. This is definitely peak professionalism.

My husband and I have had a hard time because of COVID since my husband lost his job and we have been on a tight budget but we NEEDED to get our roof done

We had some concerns about getting financing but Kymand was able to approve us over the phone. Im surprised that a construction company offers financing but we were lucky to find Kymand!
