A job done by Altitude is a quality job because it begins with the built-in quality control of factory-trained technicians who lead the roofing teams and ensure adherence to construction standards.
Finally, Altitude performed the work in a timely waythey started the job on time, kept us apprised of the expected duration of the job, finished the job on time and did a meticulous job of cleaning up during and at the end of the project.

Everyone from the inspection, office staff, and installers were excellent. We had gutters installed, and shingles redone on part of the roof. The installers found additional damage that required more time but we were not charged for the extra work and time. They cleaned up ever and all were pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Had a great all around experience with Altitude. Used Altitude to have seamless gutters installed and also have a few repairs completed on my metal roof. Kyler arrived the same day I called and provided a detailed report including photos of areas needing to be repaired and a drone map detailing the gutter layout. Jennifer was also extremely helpful explaining the process and stopping by my house to provide a color swatch and pick up payment. Loved that they had numerous colors to choose from. Gustavo and the installation crew were also professional, fast, and confirmed the gutter and downspout locations before they started. I'd definitely recommend anyone to use Altitude.

Altitude Roofing did an amazing job on our partial roof replacement. The difference in quality from our last roof to the work Altitude did is astounding. Our roof was only 2 years old when it started leaking and the previous installer kept fixing it. But it kept leaking no matter what he did. Altitude saved the day. We havent had a problem since they installed. And it was pretty fast, less than a day to install! Highly recommend. Justin K was outstanding and kept us up to date throughout the whole process.

Recently my mom needed to get a new roof. We interviewed many different roofers, total of 6, and we were highly impressed with Altitude. My mom had requested a diversion from the typical, she wanted two different colored shingles, and they were able to deliver. The job was beyond expectations. The roof appears to be different colors depending on the time of day.
Not only did they fulfill her request, they also were able to accommodate her upgrades, with the skylights flashing and drip edge. Plus they were the only company to offer a variety in drip edge and TPO for her patio.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and really seem to care about their customer. Dealing and working with Jennifer, Alex, Debbie and Brandon was a pleasure.

He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. While looking for information on building a pitched roof on an existing flat roof I stumbled upon Altitude roofing. At first they informed me that it wasn't a project they could do, but pointed me in the right direction. After a not-so great time gathering info and quotes on that, Debbie reached back out to me with more options. My roof has been leaking for two years now, and after several patches I NEEDED a more permanent solution. Thanks to Debbie, Brandon, Alex, Kyler, and the rest of this absolutely amazing team from Altitude roofing my problems with a leaking flat-roof seem to be over. They were all absolutely wonderful and helpful through the entire project from start to finish! A massive rainstorm came through not even 2 hours after they finished my roof and for the first time in over two years I didn't have to worry about putting buckets out to catch the water leaking through. Never in my life have I enjoyed the sound of water hitting the ground as much as I did during this rainstorm. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for roof work, 10 out 10, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! These guys are the best and I'm grateful they were there to help me when I need it. Thanks so much!!!!

We had an excellent experience working with everyone from the Altitude Roofing Team! Deb took the time to work through the insurance claim process with us, and answered any questions day or night. Kyler and Alex were also really great to work with, and communicated well throughout the process. We referred this company to 4 other friends and neighbors, 3 of which also went through the process and had a similar experience. We had the work completed 1 week before a wedding event being hosted at our house The team went to great lengths to ensure everything was cleaned up and ready to go. The quality of work and customer service experience was great. I highly recommend anyone looking into roof replacement to consider these folks!
