They showed up when they said, the crew worked impressively hard while also keeping the property clean. The quality of the work is excellent and my roof looks amazing. Peak Quality Roofing did a fantastic job from the initial call to the finish line! My house needed a full re-roof and new gutters. Valentina and Jim went the extra miles to explain, make sure that I understood, and walk me step-by-step, especially since my roof had solar panels, as well.
The crew arrived on time, worked with quality, and even came back on the following rainy day to ensure that they had cleaned up everything from the night before! They even left the property cleaner than it started! They finished the job, closed on the permits, and called me to answer an additional question that I had.
I have had bad experiences with other home improvement companies that are only in it to make a sale. That is NOT the case with Peak Quality Roofing! They are a company that genuinely care and take pride not only in their work, but also in the Customers themselves!

Very competitive pricing and flexibility with material choices. Results look good. Responsiveness to questions and concern during the job execution was good. Had minor issues after job completion and responded back with fixes quickly. Staffing was an issue and a challenge during the project due to circumstances outside of anyones control, which prolonged completion. However, foreman was super dedicated to pushing through and getting things done.
One recommendation for higher excellence is to better communicate and coordinate with homeowners the day-to-day of all the moving parts ( electrical and other subcontractors, staffing challenges, city inspections etc). Thank you and best of luck.

After discovering a large ice dam forming on our roof, we called this company and were so glad we did. They were prompt, professional, and clearly experienced. The crew worked carefully to remove the snow and ice without damaging the roof and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. A job very well done! The roofers very expertly & efficiently removed a huge amount of very thick ice dams all around the overhangs of my roof, as well as tons of snow from my roof. They were very responsive taking action after water was leaking in 2 of my kitchen windows. It took under 1.5 hours to complete the job. We were looking for a company to take care of ice dams that developed after 2 feet plus of snow (see photos). Peak answered right away and was able to schedule the job quickly. Communication was very good. They did a thorough job, including removing all the snow on the roof and icicles attached to the side of the house. Compared to a couple other places we contacted, Peak gave us a great price. Would definitely call on them again if we have any roofing issues.

Peak Quality Roofing was incredibly quick and responsive. We had a leak caused by an ice dam after heavy snow, and they responded right away.
