Having had our roof replaced with a Renoteck metal 'shake' roof last year, we were somewhat surprised to see a water leak this year. One call to Renoteck customer service and within an hour, we had a technician onsite to effect a temporary repair, and 2 days later the part required for the permanent repair was installed - now that's customer service! Monica and Dimitri were a pleasure to deal with, treating a fairly minor issue empathetically and with priority. If you're looking for a company that does outstanding work AND stands behind their product and workmanship - look no further!

I would definitely recommend Renoteck. Vlad and his crew did an amazing job on the standing seam roof they installed. Also Pavel was also great to deal with in the office.

Renoteck did an excellent job installing a metal shake roof on our house. We were impressed with how Pavel and his team coordinated with Evolvsolar to install our solar panel brackets at the same time as the roof installation. We are very pleased with the final product and want to thank Pavel, Neil and the whole team for making it happen.

Heard a rumble, looking out the window saw an avalanche of heavy wet snow crashing down onto my front walk and step. Thankfully no one was standing there at the time. How can this be made safe so no one is at risk to be injured?

After much research and speaking with previous clients, we chose Renoteck Metal roofing for our home. Dealing with Stephen was a pleasure, his pre-sales, sales and after-sales follow-up was excellent. The four-person installation crew was experienced and did an excellent job. I was happy to show my immediate neighbours my new roof, and five others hired them to install their new roof. I have a high level of confidence in their product and workmanship.

Very happy with our experience with Renoteck. We had a metal roof installed at our cottage in a remote location and they were very easy to deal with. I am really happy with the service and quality. The work was tidy and efficient.

I had my shop roof asphalt shigles replaced very early spring. Crew arrived on a snowy morning and had the shingles stripped and new roof on by early afternoon. Organized and precise, very apparent they knew what they were doing.
With over 250mm of rain to date no leaks and now the least of my worries. Our house was done in aluminum and hail has taken its toll. These far more resilient.
Very please with the value and overall experience.

Last year was hit in hail storm, decided to go with metal roof, had a few quotes, reno tech came in at very reasonable price. They gave us a date, they showed up on that date, I needed a couple more snow and ice guards on the roof 10 of them. They did not charge me any extra, the guys that installed the roof, were pleasant . I was very happy with it, decided to get garage done also. I recommend renotech, pavel and his roofers were awesome. Price reasonable, no hidden costs, plus 50 year warranty.

Renoteck completed a standing seam metal roof at my house in Canmore. The quality of materials and installation was at a very high level. There were no additional charges above the quoted price and they even completed some repairs to damaged roof boards without additional cost. Pavel was great to deal with and I highly recommend this company.

Renotech replaced our old shingles with a beautiful metal roof last summer (2024) and I couldn't be happier with their product and service. The team worked really hard even through VERY hot weather and any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly through Facebook Messenger. They truly listened and responded to every concern - very refreshing! When the roof was done we found one very tricky spot under an awning that didn't work well and they returned several times to make changes until we were happy with it. It did take a while to get that spot completed to satisfaction, but that wasn't a huge deal as the rest of our roof was complete and it was their busy season. They also did a good job of cleaning up when they were done. After enjoying our beautiful new roof for almost a year, I highly recommend this company and their metal roof. It looks SO good!

We needed to replace 50 year old cedar shakes on our mansard roof. We chose Renoteck to do the work. They helped us pick out the colour dark brown and the product was iron wood shakes. There was lots of work involved in removing the shakes and the cleaning up of the debris. The crew did an amazing job! From start to finish all went well. Just elevated the look of our house. Extremely satisfied. The three installers were all Ukrainian, and I understand they had been working on metal roofs (commercial buildings) in Ukraine for many years, with the least experienced having seven years and the most nearly twenty. The roofing system is very beautiful and durable. However, installation is complex and requires sufficient experience to do well. I researched their previous work; this company has been in the business for at least a decade, and no one has had any complaints. Their boss is also very reasonable, resolving issues promptly; there's nothing to criticize.

Excellent job, elegant both from the inside out. I'm glad I took the time to research and chose Renotech. It's a durable and elegant roofing system, but requires immense expertise to perfect. The three workers had decades of experience in both Canada and Ukraine, working on commercial buildings. I would highly recommend them, but don't feel obligated to comment further. Feel free to visit their previous jobs (the list is very long, so just pick whatever is convenient for you) and talk to their previous clients, which is what I did.

I must say that Vitaly and team did a great job for us on a special job. I wish I would have had him on other metal roof I installations which have since failed. Thanks very much Vitaly and Renotech team!!!

I would recommend a steel roof by Renotek to anyone! They were nothing short of amazing throughout the process. From the quick turnaround on my original inquiry to the very courteous crews, and the final roofing product, we have been nothing short of impressed. We have even gone back for a second quote to do our basement cladding through Renotek.

Neil was super helpful educating us on the benefits of a metal roof. We had a ton of questions off the start and he was able to answer them all. He supplied spec and warranty information that left us at ease, and helped us choose a sample that worked perfectly for our house.

I LOVE my new roof! The roof on my house is steep and hard to work on but that was not a problem for Renoteck.Pavel and Neil were professional and courteous, the roof was done on time and on budget and I clean up was like they were not here.

I had Renoteck out to replace the roof on a mobile home, and was impressed with their service!

At the initial meeting, the sales representative showed up on time, prepared with documents/quote in hand. The pricing seemed reasonable (it wasn't much more than a quote I had received to *repair* the existing roof) and the people were pleasant to deal with.

The previous roof was allowing in a fair amount of water, but since Renoteck replaced it I have not seen moisture coming in. The crew seemed to take their time to ensure the work was done well, and Pavel was great about answering any questions throughout the process. I also liked that pictures were provided of the different stages throughout the roof replacement process.

My home suffered a hail damage in July this year. After taking a tedious evaluation of roofing options available. I chose to go with metal roof. My neighbor had their roof done 3 years ago by Renoteck. I witnessed their great work. After discussing the various metal products with Neil Wiebe (highly professional rep) I went with the Iron wood shake. Pavel and team was awesome.
