Noel Jimenezs service was exceptional. He provided information about the materials used, how they were installed, and the reliability of the results. He ensured his crew performed their work efficiently and thoroughly. He inspected the finished roof installation and the clean up process. Outstanding service.

Found a leak Saturday morning coming from my roof. Within 5 hours Rob was already here giving me a quote with multiple options, and by Monday Josie was here and replaced my damaged shingle super quick. Highly recommend this company as their prices are reasonable and the staff I interacted with were both super knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use this group in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about A&M Roofing! Noel and his two crews arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m. on July 3 and immediately got to work. From the beginning of the project until the very end, everyone was professional, courteous, and highly organized.

Safety was clearly a top priority. The crew kept us informed throughout the entire roofing process and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Anytime I needed to come outside, they were respectful, helpful, and ensured it was safe before continuing their work.

The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely love my new roof! Its refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

If youre looking for a roofing company that provides outstanding customer service, excellent communication, quality workmanship, and professionalism from the sales process through installation, I highly recommend A&M Roofing. You will not regret choosing them!

Thank you, Jesse, Noel and the entire A&M Roofing team, for an outstanding experience!

Diego was the man! He provided us with an inspection report for a roof and was very thorough and communicative. He went above and beyond getting photos for the report and giving his expertise. We also gave him short notice and he helped us out no questions asked. We are going to use this company for any of our future roofing needs!!

I couldnt be happier with the experience I had with
A&M Premier Roofing & Construction. From start to finish, Noel Jimenez and his team were outstanding. They arrived right on time, were professional and courteous, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand.
The quality of their work was excellent, and its clear they take pride in what they do. What impressed me just as much was how thoroughly they cleaned up when the job was donemy property looked spotless, like they were never even there.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Truly a fantastic job all around!

We had our roof repaired by A&M and it was a great experience. Josie was amazing she walked is through the entire process and made it easy to deal with. She worked with the insurance even though they were being difficult. They day of went smoothly and Josh was also amazing. I would recommend A&M for all your construction needs. Great company.

This was an excellent experience. I don't often write reviews, but I felt this review was necessary. I needed a new roof, and prefer to work with Veteran owned companies as I am a disabled Veteran myself. I have also been in construction management for many years, with actual experience in running a roofing company. From that perspective, I want to say that the A&M Premier team were very professional, did excellent work, fully cleaned up after themselves, and were in-and-out in one day. They did what they said they would do, treated me right, and the price was reasonable and within the budget that I had estimated for. If you need a new roof, get these guys to do it.

This was a great experience for my husband and I. From the first visit with Jeb, Sales Representative, to the completion of the project with Production Manager Noel everything went very smoothly. The crew arrived at 6:30 a.m. started the process and worked together to get the roof completed by 1:00 p.m. including cleanup. We highly recommend A&M Premier Roofing for your needs. Note: When my neighbor came home from work, she said our home looked like a new home. Thank you for working with/for us.....Kathy and Jim Widelski, 25 Shiloh Lane, Youngsville, N.C.

Noel and his team did an amazing job on our roof yesterday
There were a few unexpected costs regarding a couple of osb boards and he got with his manager to help us out.
Then there is Josie, she is the rep who introduced me to A&M and she helped me with every step.
I am extremely pleased with my service this far.

Very helpful dealing with insurance claim and outstanding quality install. We would recommend them to everyone looking to repair or replace there roof. All measures taken to make sure that any damage was repaired before install!!!

Josie and Noel were great to work with during our roof replacement. Josie helped us understand the process clearly and assisted with the insurance details, which made everything much less stressful. Noel stayed involved throughout the installation and kept me updated along the way. They made the entire experience smooth and easy. We really appreciate their help!

Our roof had storm damage and was 13 years old. A&M worked with our insurance company and ultimately with our appraiser during our appraisal process. Their experience and skills were critical in understanding and documenting our damage and ultimately having a positive outcome of the appraisal process. They were patient and consistent.

The roof replacement was very quick and professional. Their crew replaced the roof on both the house and the garage including gutters and chimney cap. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up everything before they left.

We Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with A & M Premier Roofing. Tony and Cody were exceptional at anticipating and addressing all my needs. They interacted with my insurance company, sending pictures and discussing my coverage with the agent. Everything was handled efficiently and timely. They followed up to make sure everything was completed and cleaned up. Wouldnt use anyone else. Several friends recommended them and I was extremely pleased with their service..

A&M Premier Roofing and Construction delivered exceptional service, and I highly recommend them! Christopher, Landon, and Cody were an outstanding team, excelling in every step of the process. Christopher and Landon were fantastic at explaining the options and guiding us through signing, making everything clear and stress-free. Codys project management was top-notch, ensuring our roof replacement was completed efficiently with impeccable quality. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and left our property spotless. Using high-quality materials, they transformed our home in just one day! As a veteran-owned company with GAF Master Elite status, their work ethic and attention to detail are unmatched. For roofing and construction in Raleigh, A&M is the best choice!

The team at A&M is superb from sales to roof installation. These professionals communicated early and clearly with me. They were clearly intentional with the work performed and exhibited great attention to detail in their craftsmanship, cleanliness and in how they handled my personal property. Great experience and highly recommend!

These guys were great! First off they took such good care of us all the way from the first meet up. Dealing w/ the insurance company and all the beginning stages were a breeze. The day of the roof replacement we were greeted by the production manager and the original sales rep which made us feel like our business truly mattered to them. The crew did a phenomenal job and took great care not to damage anything on my property while also making sure the area was spotless afterwards for my dogs safety. Roof looks pristine!! Cant say enough nice things about this company. Theyve earned a customer for life!

Josh and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof! From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and the team worked with incredible efficiency and professionalism. They were respectful, hardworking, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process.

Its easy to see why this companys reputation stands above the rest they truly deliver top-quality work and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I recently had A & M Premier Roofing & Construction complete a large project on my house, and I'm incredibly happy with the results. The scope of work was extensive: replacing the entire roof with a beautiful standing seam metal roof, custom fabricating chimney caps for both chimneys, painting the entire exterior of the house, and refinishing and repainting an interior vaulted ceiling due to damage from several previous leaks (different roofing company had installed only 12 years ago).

From the beginning, the sales process was exceptional. Cody and Nick were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering my numerous questions (admittedly, there were a lot with such a large project!). While the insurance claim wasn't an option, and A & M's bid wasn't the lowest, the positive reviews and thoroughness of the team inspired me with confidence in their quality.

This confidence proved to be well-founded. The roofing crew were incredibly thorough in prepping the roof for the new metal roof. This gave me peace of mind, especially considering the prior leak issues I had experienced. They ensured everything was properly flashed, addressing those past problems and giving me confidence that my roof will be watertight for years to come. Also, the painters were fantastic. They invested significant time preparing the surfaces before repainting. I was so impressed that I would hire them again in a heartbeat! The final product is great, and I've received countless compliments from neighbors on how great the house looks. There was a minor issue when the painting crew accidentally damaged a section of the yard and irrigation system next to the driveway; however, they responded quickly and ensured everything was properly repaired.

The one area for improvement would be communication. While the office staff was readily available to answer my questions and resolve any concerns, the flow of information regarding next steps could be smoother - I think this is due to the scope requiring different crews and multiple parts of the business involved. Additionally, I found myself having to review the detailed work scope with the crews on arrival as they weren't always fully briefed. Overall, these were minor bumps in an otherwise impressive project. A & M Premier Roofing & Construction delivered exceptional quality work, with a fantastic team that prioritized customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any roofing or renovation project!

A&M Roofing company is wonderful! They are friendly, prompt, helpful and easy to work with. They helped us every step of the way as we got our roof replaced. They helped us work with our insurance company and explained the process well. This was our first time replacing our roof, and A&M made this process easy! We have referred them to our neighbors and friends, and will continue to recommend this company! Everyone we were in contact with were more than helpful; Michael, Hassfa, and Onna! Thank you for making this process as painless as possible for us!

The A&M team are great! They make replacing your roof easy. The sales team coordinated with my insurance company, got me scheduled fast. The crew that did the work was even faster. They finished in one day, cleaned up very well and even worked into the night. Could not have been happier.

This company is so Nice! All crews are very kind and they have a very positive attitude for customer. I was happy working with them.
New roofing is perferctly even and there is no leaking even heavy rain after they installed. The cleaning near house afte they done job was great. Thanks the all crews who is sale representative, customer relations specialist, and production manager and all crews.

Company did a good job. The roof looks good. There are no wavy or crooked shingles. The construction crew was efficient. We asked them to come back and drag the magnet around to get some remaining nails and they came back the same day. They were on site for inspection and handled a lot of communication with the insurance company.

I cant complain. As far as I can tell the roof looks good and was installed properly.
