Everyone at Smith's was so nice! From the point of sale with John, Bennett in the office, and to our project manager Sam with his various crews! We had pretty much a full exterior update, and while it was mostly to address some problem areas, this project has greatly improved our curb appeal. Sam was incredibly responsive to each and every text or call, and addressed our concerns as they arose. We have high standards on quality of work, and Sam made sure our expectations were met! He was professional, respectful and willing to discuss options for problem areas. We appreciate his oversight!

When starting to think about replacing our roof, we received three quotes from different companies, all of which were in a similar price range. The differentiator with Smith was Jordan who handled the sales process. The first time Jordan came out, he noticed a potentially leaky pipe boot. Instead of using this as the case to build urgency on a new roof, he patched the boot and only mentioned it in passing when I asked him about the urgency of the roof replacement.

He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our selection and that we made the right decisions for our house. We decided to go with Certainteed Landmark Pro (Espresso) due to the thicker profile and color options along with a full gutter replacement (Bronze). Our install was pushed back a week due to heavy rain, but our installation foreman, Joe remained in close contact and shockingly got our project wrapped up the following week.

The team worked incredibly quickly and did a fantastic job all around. The project was on-time, on-budget, and the team made sure everything was cleaned up and better than when they arrived. Highly recommend Smith all around.

We just had Smith Roofing do a full exterior update on our house, and we could not be happier. I mean, look at it! Our project manager, Sam, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Sam and his crew were amazing!! They installed new soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and gutter screens, removed wood siding and trim on portions of our home and replaced it with low maintenance Hardy board, and painted the Hardy board to match the rest of the home. Sam gave us daily updates on progress and called or texted when something unexpected was discovered. Sam, and Chris, gave us great suggestions on options for the work we wanted done before work began. Sam, Chris, and the crew were professional and enjoyable to work with. I am already planning to use Smith for other work on our home!

Had Smith build us a new covered deck and then install a standing seam metal roof on our home. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, our experience was fantastic.
