This is some what late in coming, but I needed time to assure my leak was fixed. After a new roof by Arrow Roofing was completed due to a hail storm, a leak occurred damaging interior walls. This occurred even after indicating I had a leak a year before that was eventually fixed.
Arrow was notified and came out within a week to inspect and repair. It was not fixed and an inspection of the repair showed inadequate workmanship.

Several more calls to Arrow went responded. More rain and things got worse! Finally reached the owner Mr Trenton Wisecup via text who returned my call and indicated that communications were unacceptable and that he would address everything. He also noted that an inexperience crew situation was addressed. On Mr Wisecup called back He said that He and his best would be out immediately. With his direction, and the nicest people, they arrived with a water meter to trace the leak.

They then redid the facing and re calked the stone faced chimney. It has been several months and enough rain to claim success. I have never had an owner of a company get so involved as Trenton did let alone see to it that everything was done right and beyond expectation. They know their stuff and I am sure that this would never happen again. Thank you Arrow,
