Services
New Construction
Our new construction services deliver complete roofing systems tailored to commercial building specifications. With licensed operations in four states, we handle projects from initial bidding through completion, ensuring code compliance and long-term durability. Our team specializes in integrating modern materials and techniques to create weather-resistant roofing solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements for new commercial developments.
Re-Roof
Re-roofing services provide cost-effective solutions for aging commercial roofs showing signs of failure. We assess existing structures to determine whether partial or complete replacement is needed, utilizing advanced materials and methods to extend roof lifespan while maintaining building integrity. Our approach balances budget considerations with performance requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during the re-roofing process.
Roof Maintenance
Our comprehensive maintenance programs protect commercial properties through regular inspections and proactive repairs. Certified technicians identify potential issues before they escalate, performing necessary upkeep to preserve roof condition and warranty validity. This service extends roof lifespan while preventing costly emergency situations, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate business needs across multiple locations.
Waterproofing
Specialized waterproofing solutions safeguard commercial buildings against water intrusion in critical areas. Our experts apply advanced membrane systems and coatings to vulnerable zones including roofs, foundations, and plaza decks. This service prevents structural damage and mold growth while maintaining building envelope integrity, particularly for properties in regions with extreme weather conditions or high moisture exposure.
Roof Coatings
Roof coating applications enhance existing systems with additional protective layers that improve energy efficiency and extend service life. Our technicians apply silicone, acrylic, and polyurethane coatings that reflect UV radiation, reduce thermal stress, and seal minor leaks. This cost-effective solution restores weatherproofing capabilities without complete replacement, particularly effective for flat or low-slope commercial roofs in hot climates.
