Services
Pitched Roofs
We install 3-tab, architectural, and specialty shingles including concrete tile, clay tile, and slate. Our certified crews ensure proper ventilation and water shedding for long-lasting protection. Systems from Owens Corning and GAF provide durability against weather extremes while maintaining aesthetic appeal for residential properties.
Flat Roofs
Our TPO, PVC, and EPDM membrane installations meet commercial building standards with energy-efficient options. Certified for Firestone and Johns Manville systems, we ensure watertight seals and proper drainage. Built-up roofing (BUR) solutions combine traditional methods with modern materials for industrial and residential applications requiring flat roof functionality.
Roof Repair
We diagnose and fix leaks using manufacturer-approved materials to maintain warranty validity. Emergency services address storm damage while scheduled repairs extend roof lifespan. Our technicians identify root causes rather than temporary fixes, protecting property contents from water damage through precise diagnostics and targeted solutions.
Green Roofs
GreenGrid modular systems reduce energy costs and manage stormwater runoff for commercial buildings. Pre-planted modules simplify installation compared to traditional built-in-place systems. This sustainable option meets LEED certification requirements while providing insulation benefits and extending roof membrane longevity through protective vegetation layers.
Snow Removal
Professional snow and ice removal prevents structural damage and safety hazards. Our crews use specialized equipment to clear roofs without damaging membranes. Regular maintenance plans protect commercial properties during heavy snowfall periods, combining de-icing techniques with gutter clearing to prevent ice dams and water infiltration in cold weather conditions.
