Residential Roofing
Cittrix provides premium residential roofing solutions including installations, replacements, and repairs. Our process features free drone inspections, video estimates, and guaranteed start dates within 10 days. We use Malarkey-certified materials with lifetime warranties, ensuring durability against Chicago's extreme weather. Projects include asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and synthetic cedar shakes.
Commercial Roofing
We deliver commercial roofing systems designed to protect business assets and reduce operational costs. Services include flat roofing, membrane coatings, and energy-efficient installations. Our process documents safety compliance in real-time, with materials chosen for Midwest freeze-thaw cycles. Projects feature manufacturer warranties and Cittrix's lifetime workmanship guarantee.
Storm Damage Restoration
Cittrix offers rapid storm response with 24/7 emergency services. Our HAAG-certified inspectors assess hail, wind, and water damage, providing documentation for insurance claims. Repairs use matching materials with lifetime labor warranties. We coordinate directly with insurers to maximize coverage and minimize out-of-pocket expenses for property owners.
Roof Inspections
Our 60-point inspections use drone imaging and thermal scans to identify issues. Customers receive detailed video reports within 48 hours, including moisture readings and attic ventilation tests. Inspections help prioritize repairs by urgency and budget impact, with recommendations based on structural integrity rather than sales incentives.
Low Slope Roofing
Cittrix specializes in low-slope roofing systems for modern homes and commercial properties. We install TPO, PVC, EPDM, and modified bitumen membranes with heat-welded seams. Our process includes tapered insulation for proper drainage and compatibility with solar installations. Systems carry Class A fire ratings and 20-30 year lifespans.
